Miss M., a Thai woman residing in the UK, has requested legal assistance for her son to be entrusted to her, after he was taken without her consent to Romania by his father, where he is currently living. After a trial in British courts, Miss M. obtained only an online video child visiting schedule, together with a promise on the part of the father that she will be informed of major changes in the life of her son. As a result of recommendations from British lawyers, Miss M. wishes to file a lawsuit in Romania in order for her son to be sent back to the UK.
This case has been taken by the Pro Bono Attorney Adina Lupu who is offering legal counseling to Miss M. so that her parental rights are respected.
